We regularly update our page with new stock, or returned stock. You can sign up to your size on the chosen product and be notified when it becomes available.

Belchior is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and the funds are received exclusively by your local government.

At Belchior, we’re committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of receipt, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1.1. Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Returns will not be accepted if the item shows signs of wear, including marks from makeup, deodorant, fake tan, or similar.

1.2. Items marked as “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return.

1.3. Online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged at any of our stores.

1.4. Purchases made at one of our stores may be returned in-store within 14 days.

1.5. For faulty items, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receipt, providing your order number and clear images of the issue. Items are classified as faulty if they arrive damaged or develop a fault within 3 months of purchase. Issues reported after this period will be considered general wear and tear.

1.6. Original shipping costs is non-refundable once purchased, regardless of any returns.

1.7. Package Protection (Swap Protect) is non-refundable once purchased, regardless of any returns or order changes.

You can return your order up to 14 days after it has been delivered, if all tags are still attached.Please note, returns are not free - you pay for shipping back to us.

Yes, you may return a sale item if you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Yes, you have to cover postage for a return. Belchior will cover postage if the item is faulty, however, this is subject to our returns policy
